A Bit About Me
Jacob Lanciana completed his Bachelor of Health science at Latrobe University
in 2018 with the aspiration of becoming a qualified Chiropractor. He has been teaching
swimming to children for 8 years before moving onto Personal Training. He prides himself on
continuously improving his craft to be able to provide the best possible value to his clients
with the mission to help them achieve their goals inevitably assisting them to become better
versions of themselves. Even though he is a young personal trainer he
is fascinated with the body and the way it functions. He hopes to move from strength to
strength changing the lives of many through fitness.

Name: Jacob Lanciana
Health Science graduate from La Trobe University (2018) and a PT at Bulleen Health and Fitness (BHF) since 2019. In addition teaching basketball to U18s. Prior to these experiences I was heavily engaged in teaching swimming to children aged between 3-8.
At a young age, my dad began taking me and my brother along to his chiropractic appointments, this is where my love for helping people began, as I slowly started to get adjusted myself I formed a healthy relationship with the human body. Through this experience I decided to study chiropractic at RMIT university where I will become qualified in the year of 2023.
Throughout my life I grew up with asthma which I decided to tackle with playing multiple sports which included soccer, basketball, and most importantly swimming.
Throughout my time studying human physiology, human movement, human biomechanics, human anatomy and many more I have armed myself with current knowledge and a professional courtesy that has allowed me to become the trainer and individual that I am today. I aim to affect change in as many people as possible around the world assisting them in achieving their goals and improve their lifestyle.
